Whether you prefer mainly flat terrain or are looking for a challenge on a steep incline, there is definitely the right route for you. In addition, with this large selection, you won’t get bored during a longer stay in Seefeld.
From our Seefeld Seekirchl as the starting point, there are various running and Nordic walking routes of every difficulty and length. We have selected 3 routes for you, from easy to difficult.
Wildseerunde: Our Wildseerunde is a very nice running and Nordic walking route. As can be seen in the name, this round starts at the Seekirchl, leads over mostly flat terrain directly to the Wildsee, over the Reither Moor and the Seefelder Finnenbahn and back to Seefeld. The Wildseerunde is an easy route, for which you should plan around 30 minutes.
Auland Lauf: This Nordic walking and running route is considered to be of medium difficulty and, at 1:50 hours, requires a certain amount of stamina on the part of the athlete. Starting from the Seekirchl, a path leads you over the Wurzelsteig, past the Seefelder Wildsee and on to the golf course. The path takes you along the Karwendelbahn to Auland and back to Seefeld. The Auland Lauf is a very beautiful but challenging route.
Mühlbergrunde: Demanding athletes, watch out! With the Mühlbergrunde you have a running and Nordic walking route that couldn’t be more diverse. From flat terrain to steep uphill with a breathtaking mountain panorama and further over hilly terrain, this route includes everything. The Mühlbergrunde is a difficult route, for which you should plan around 2:15 hours depending on your personal fitness.
